Your responsibilities

Please tell us in advance about fragile, high-value or hazardous items. Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and medicines with you. Do not include prohibited or illegal goods in your shipment.

Insurance and claims

Ask us about transit insurance when you request a quote. Any claim process and time limits will be shared with your booking confirmation.
